Yummy and quick noodle bake

In our current temporary apartment I have been trying to find easy to make dinners. My husband loves some spaghetti and I always try to change it up a little bit. I thought a "bake" would be a great treat and would allow a little twist on the standard spaghetti and meatballs. I have about 1 square foot of space to cook so anything quick is my favorite recipe lately. My new kitchen will look like this..
I can't wait to get in there and get some new recipes going..Until then here is my new favorite.

Recipe. Ingredients needed:

1 package of frozen meatballs (we got our from Aldi's)
1 box of noodles (I used bow tie)
1 container of mozzarella balls (in water)
1 jar of your favorite sauce
Fresh parsley and basil

Boil your noodles according to package and then drain.
Thaw your meatballs or cook them in the microwave so they are not frozen.

I used a small glass dish and added a little sauce on the bottom so my noodles wouldn't stick, added the cooked noodles and meatballs and poured the sauce over the top.

Place the mozzarella balls on the dish and place in the oven until the cheese melts and is nice and bubbly. I cooked at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle your parsley and basil on top and serve immediately.
This was easy and delicious and made awesome leftovers, I will be making this one again.

From my Kitchen to yours..Enjoy!
